My absolute favourite salad green is Watercress! It’s extremely nutritious, has more vitamin c than an orange, more calcium than a glass of milk, and more iron than spinach (another big fave of mine) packs a lot of nutrients, I absolutely adore its sharp and peppery taste, bursting with flavour… I am loving this simple salad that also happens to contain more of my favourites, avocado, turmeric, lime and honey… I also add some chillies to it to give it extra spiciness and some cucumber which is another brilliant summer must include.
